CSG Series Checkweighers

Application

The Yamato CSG and CMG in-motion checkweighers feature tubular stainless steel construction, HACCP compliant design, advanced digital filtering, self diagnostics and an interactive color touch screen. Available options include networking hardware and software, IP 66 seals and bearings, a variety of rejector mechanisms, printers, unified checkweigher/metal detector control, etc. These in-motion checkweighers incorporate 32 bit digital electronics and dedicated strain gauge load cells to provide fast, accurate weight control management.

Features

Tubular Stainless Steel Construction - HACCP compliant design.
Automatic Tuning - Weighing times, dynamic calibration and digital filter settings are fine tuned and stored for each product and speed by the Auto-tuning function. The display can show each product's weighing wave form.
Advanced Digital Filtering (ADF) - Our patented ADF technology filters out external vibrations for improved accuracy (click to see our accuracy charts).
Product Memory - Up to 99 different product setups and all respective parameters can be stored for instant recall. Product changeover is quick and easy.
Self Diagnostics - The CSG and CMG will detect a wide range of error conditions, display them upon detection and provide troubleshooting tips for fast resolution.
Data Management - Comprehensive summaries, x-bar plots, histograms and statistical analysis are all available on the 10.4" interactive color touch screen.
Cleaning - The conveyors can easily be removed without any tools, making cleanup and maintenance quick and easy.
Several Displays - Choose between displays that show weight plus accumulated totals, statistical analysis, histogram, averages or limit bars for close monitoring or a large weight only display for distant viewing.
Splashproof or Washdown - Different models are available to meet your needs.

Multiple Rejectors - Choose from electric, pneumatic, flipper arm, air blast, etc. Contact us for more details.
Data Printer - Sealed printer for summary and individual reports. Includes automatic end-of-shift and end-of-day reports.
Network Communications - Accumulate data, select programs and operate from your LAN. Two way communications to external equipment such as metal detectors, augers and multihead weighers is also available.
Internet Support - FAQs, troubleshooting support, program reviews and software upgrades are available on-line.
